SCHLO TAX & MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS LIMITED was established in 1980 and we have a team of experienced professional and supporting staff to handle the various professional assignments, i.e. accounting services, internal and external audit services, company secretarial services, liquidation and receivership services, tax consultancy and services, management consultancy services, etc. for our Clients. Due to increasing demands and aiming at diversify our scope of services and strengthen our professional supports in order to render better and more complete services to our Clients, we were in associated with Messrs. SIMON Y. P. CHAN & CO. (Certified Public Accountants) on 1st July 1997.

SIMON Y. P. CHAN & CO. was established by Simon Y. P. Chan in 1997. Mr. Chan graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic (present namely : The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) in 1976 and started his career in professional accounting with Touche Ross & Co., one of the Big Eight international accounting firms in 1976. Mr. Chan processes more than 24 years experience in professional accounting and specialize in auditing, taxation and merger and acquisition. Mr. Chan is a Fellow member of The Association of Certified Accountants and also a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, hence is also specialized in liquidation and receivership beside the normal Companies Secretarial practice. Mr. Chan has extensive international exposure in most of the accounting related areas as he had been working in many oversea offices for years.
